A picture would help but by your description these are likey a leech called Branchiobdellida. Rinse the crayfish under cold water and srub lightly with a soft toothbrush everyday untill gone, It may take up to two weeks.

What kind of substrate will you be using? Do you think they will need something like clay or soil to burrow or do you think gravel would work?

Keep us updated, this is interisting.

They are still in with the Orange Dwarfs. I have not had any problems with the 2 being together.

I have more problems with my RCS and Cajuns. I have a few snipped tails on the RCS.

John
Thanks for the information John & keep up the great work.

Nice shrimp Newjohn :D Are you still keeping these in with the crayfish?

I have been thinking about getting some but curious how well they get along with the orange dwarf crayfish.

Thanks

ToddnBecka, They are not living in these 2 betta condos, I put them in the condos to try to snap some pictures of most of them together last week.

Congrats on the quick mating. I thought I read last week that you had a female carrying eggs, They should be breeding in high gear from here on.

ToddnBecka, Nice crayfish. :D I was going to try to get them at the end but lost track of what day they were ending. :( Anyways I think they will do fine in a 30 gallon long. As you have probly figured out allready, they are very peaceful when they have plenty of food.
