I have set up my new tank for about a month now. When I got my shrimps, they were either transparent, orange or red. However.... This morning one of them seems rather yellow to me. Im not sure if its genetic or if there is something wrong with it. It seems active though. Is this actually normal?? :?...

Hi everyone.

My new tank is about a few days old and the shrimps have been in there for 2 days. However, they seem to have started molting. Is this normal? I never expect them to molt so quickly.

If i recall right many of Mustafa's tanks are pretty much bare, so lava rock doesn't seem to influence breeding, it just adds a nice aesthetic/more natural look. You may just have had bad luck, or something may be off with the water. What salty is your water? How often do you feed the tank? Excess ...
