I spotted a berried shrimp in my tank today, so excited!
Seems like my water parameters and environment are good enough for the little guys.

Good luck JoeG! I've got a new tank cycling right now too with a similar time table as yours. After about 2 weeks of mixing the water and cycling the light algae spontaneously germinated and began spreading in my tank, obviously your mileage may vary but wanted to put that out there for you.
