Wow green eggs! Need a picture.

My guess is copepods. Harmless. Would ignore them. Their population seems to ebb and flow over time. The larvae seem attracted to light. The larger adults will often be seen carrying eggs.

I would wait and see. Your shrimp are fine. Change could end up hurting the shrimp.

Sort of reminds me of blue green algae. Especially with the bubbles on the top.

I agree with Varanus. A prelude to molting. I have been lucky to see shrimp molt. The ones I have seen bend in half and pop out the top. Happens quickly.

Wow very interesting decorations. 20 is more than enough. I think waiting another three weeks would be smart just in case there is any organics on the decorations.
