I think I'm headed to the LFS to get another 10g....Hehe.

Wow, Newjohn...Nice setup! I wish I had the money/time for that big of a setup.

I'll have to wait till after college...I'm just sticking with my 3 tanks for now...My 10g shrimp tank, a 6g reef, and my 55g main saltwater tank that I'm using for raising Peppermint shrimp.

I also patched it up in Photoshop a bit. I started watermarking...

Those are nice Amanos, John.

They have different coloration than mine - mine are a bit lighter with bright gold stripes down their back.

Interesting info Mustafa. I like the name Caridina japonica better than multidentata.

I used to use a Rubber-maid Tub for QTing things. Than I broke it...Punched a hole in it by accident.

Thanks Mustafa. :-) I'm trying really hard to learn as much as I can about taxonomy, but I am still in the 'learning process'. :D

I actually *just* thought of that and was coming online to fix it when I saw you're post.

I'll switch it to Palaemonetes. :)

Wow, that was a fun/informative read! I'm going to print it out and add it do my 'article database' that I've recently started compiling. You might say that that article was EXACTLY what I had been looking for. I'm still not too 'good' at searching for things on google scholar, but I'm getting bette...

Good info badflash.

I found an online version here: GRASS SHRIMP

I'm downloading it right now. 30 pages long too. :)

Perhaps it might be useful to construct a 'database' of scientific papers on shrimp species?

Genus Palaemonetes Information Archive

I changed the topic title and original post contents to as it is now. I thought it would be a good idea to have an 'archive' thread, for links/references or anything really. I'll update this first post as I find more. Anyone feel free to add to this. Scientific Papers 1. Reference: Lowe BT, Provenza...
