personnally i "dump" them in saltwater as soon as i remove the female (when most of the larvae spawn)

I breed this shrimp long time ago. and what i did is remove adult when hatching occur and FEED Them with micro food in liquid form. I dont where you see you dont ned to feed them but i was feeding them for the short period of time they are larvae. i would recommend you read : http://www.petshrimp.co...

guppy eat shrimp
i know some people will claim they have guppy with cherry for years and nothing happen , but it is a fact guppy eat shrimp.

and i am not sure about the "it is better to do water changes on a daily basis then have a filter" personnally i would not trust it :)

without pictures ident will be delicate.
and i doubt any shrimp can survive a gorup of goldfish seriously.

Some adult will prolly survive in there, but breeding will be highly harzardous.
Personnally i would not recommend adding cherry in there specially to try breed. (personnal opinion )
