The salinity in my tank is 10-15 ppt. You can cover the top of the tank to pevent evaporation loss.
No airstone is required. Just turn on the light for 8 - 10 hour a day.
You can feed them spirulina algae once a week during the setup as there are no algae.
When the algae is formed, you can stop feeding and the the shrimp will eat the algae on the wall of the tank.
Do a 25% water change once about every six months. You can top off the tanks with DI water whenever the levels drop.
Here is a quick update on my H. rubra. The one female with 4 eggs was seen again last week but she had only 2 eggs. Wishful thinking was that this was a different female. Today I saw a floating larvae in the head down position. The larvae was larger than expected with quite a large head. I hope that this is a positive sign for the future.
Today I saw the baby shrimp. It is no longer a larvae but a small version of the adult. The coloration is almost non existent. It is clear and I could easily see that it is eating. The size is similar to very young cherry shrimp about 3 mm.
Hi, my 10 shrimps arrived about a week ago and I just wanted to know if my tank looks good enough as for shrimps to reproduce in it in the future or once they’re confortable enough.

Good advice! I usually don't recommend life rock for this and other reasons. Another reason is that there is way too much organic material in it already or the marine organisms die off in low brackish water and pollute the small tanks the Supershrimp are usually in.

Just make sure there is no creature living inside the rock that can harm the shrimp.
Previously, I bought some live rock for my marine fish tank. There are crabs living in the rocks.
These crab came out during the night and feast on my marine fishes. One by One My expensive fishes just disappeared.
I just want to add that judging by how much organic growth/pollution you already have in your tank you won't have to feed for months...possibly years. I'd really take out that decaying marimo ball...it doesn't look healthy at all in the picture.
Maybe I should take it out...
But well, at least I hope they end up reproducing (the shrimps)
The tank is cycled and no hitchhikers survived and most were removed.
