sexing redclaw

Anyone know at what length redclaw can be sexed? I looked at a few in about the 2.5-3inch range and all appeared female.

You can sex them at even smaller sizes than that. So...if you sexed them properly they probably *are* all female.

thats a big if. Turns out I was doing it incorrectly as Cherax do not have gonopods!
The one I pciked out was a female though.

Is everything clear about sexing cherax now? 
Just in case, the male gonopores are at the base of the last pair of legs (claws count as legs too) and the female gonopores are at the base of the third pair of legs. The gonopores look like two little "holes".
