How can you tell if the shrimp eggs are fertilized?

How can you tell if the shrimp eggs are fertilized?

Please let me know how you can tell if eggs are fertilized. Is there color, size or shape that will let you know?

I presume you mean dwarf shrimp? If the eggs aren't fertilized she will drop them after a few days.

At what point are the eggs actually fertilized, before or after they reach the females swimletes?

I think it happens as they are being laid. During mating the males leave packages of sperm attached to the underside of the female near where the eggs come out. I've seen mating, but never actual egg deposition, but that is what I've read.
