Definitely a damselfly nymph. You should remove it immediately. Here's a few pictures of one:

Wow, they look creapy. I wouldn't want to see what they would do to my shrimp. So do you have any tips on how to prepare plants that might have damselfly nymphs?

Ok, since last week I have collected five more damselfly nymphs. Yes, six of them in total! I'll think twice before purchasing plants from eBay from now on.

It is the season. I've received these from VERY reputable sources this time of year. A quaranteen tank is a must.

Holly molly. I think I found a couple of Coelenterata (Hydras) in the tank.

They look exactly like the ones in the first picture. One attached to Myno plant, and one attached on the rock. They are tiny, maybe 1-2mm long, but I'm afraid they will be harmful to shrimplets. I might have to redo the entire tank..
