Naw....I was just being honest. I didn't think too much about it, only thinking about feeding the shrimps without considering the problems.
Gee, this thread has become quite a post! After I sell most of my Malawi cichlids and move the fry out, the tank will be finished!!

Well, just for experimenting, I bought some of the original cherry shrimps(neocardinia dentaculata) Freshly caught. They seem to do fine, unfortunantly one died when I put him in the cichlid fry tank for experimenting. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( Sorry.
I'll put in the shrimps next week or sooner, but I'm gonna make this sloooowly. First with the original species, than with the colored ones, okay? I don't want to lose them! Same as my brother, we are both shrimp nuts!

It is just a matter of time... Once you get a few of these buggers, you'll be hooked.

lol I am planning on buying RCS. Already have a tank ready for them I just need to get the filter (which I already ordered) and then run it in the tank for at least a month before adding the shrimp to it :) And thanks badflash!

P.S I have a tank journal on another forum but because I can't post the link on here do to forum rules, just PM me for the link :) Thanks.
