Caridina sp. " Green ", They must be happy

Post by Newjohn »

I picked up 20 Caridina sp. " Green " about a month ago.
I spotted 1 berried Female tonight :D

They Shrimp that I received were not small Juveniles .
But not full grown adults and I was a little worried about loses.
But, out of the 20 purchased. I still have 19 and I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Shrimp Colors range from Light Green to Dark Green and a few color in between.
Sorry,
No pictures.
My little Kodak will not get good enough pictures to post.

I hope it works out for you! This is one of the shrimp that has been around for a very long time, but that has not become firmly established, despite its attractiveness.

I have a Tank that is dedicated for the Greens
I will keep trying until I can not find a source for them or I have my own Colony.

Good attitude! We need people that just don't give up. :)
