Hi,
As I was taking photos of my berried female, I noticed two shrimp eggs free floating in the water. One wasn't moving and one was popcorning around. The berried female has over 10 eggs that she is carrying, are those two free floating eggs, the ones that she dropped (maybe because I fed them/photographed her or disturbed her) going to survive?
Thanks!

Re: Floating shrimp egg
Those floating ones aren't eggs, they're fully hatched larva.
It's pretty normal for some to hatch before others, the rest the female is carrying look like they will be finished hatching before long.
The "popcorning" larva seems to be having some trouble with its buoyancy. I've had some with similar problems, and I am unsure if they typically die or recover.
