So I have this lil’ 1.65 gallon tank with 10 shrimp in it and 2 or 3 of them have appeared to have this small dark spots inside them, what are those?

I don't think it's a definitive system, but I think typically the ones with the spots like that are female. But being berried looks totally different. See this page:

Pic.blurry but pic.1 & 3 looks like eggs aka ovary.
She has to go through few times of shedding skin, then her pleopods/swimmerets area becomes wider enough for her to carry the eggs.
After the mating , eggs from her ovary will slowly descend down to her swimmerets internally.
