Breeding
Had my opae ula shrimps since 2019 but were in jars before I upgraded to 2.5 tank. When do they start breeding?

When they feel like it. Seriously, it takes time. Be patient.

Without being snarky, the answer would be when they feel like it. I got lucky and mine started within 4 months but some people have waited a year or more.

Mine took 1 year, 7 months, 19 days before I saw my first berried female. Then once they started it has been pretty much non-stop since. Good luck
