Got these in the mail yesterday. Package took over a week to get here, but the excellent shipping ensured that they arrived alive. Started eating algae wafers within an hour of being in the tank.
What happened to two of them after introduction.
Only striped one and the most aggressive (2nd largest).
The postings of "CrayfishMaster" have been removed since they were all offers for sale or requests for purchase of animals. This is against the rules of the forum and he has been given the first and final warning.
There is always the PM function if you are interested in inquiring where someone got his/her animals from.
Hoping to get some offspring soon. Just noticed the male actively courting the female for the last couple of nights. Just waiting for the female to molt to see what happens.
I just have to ask... how do you get such great pics!? I've been trying to get decent pics of my fish for a looong time and they always turn out so terrible. I have a decent camera, just don't have the technique I guess.

Thanks.
It takes a very clean tank (both inside and outside), the right equipment (macro lens with one flash overhead) and the right technique (correct manual focus with correct handholding).
It's not too hard with shrimps and crays since they aren't that fast and will sit still. With fish, it's quite a bit harder.
BTW, if you're ever interested in learning more about aquatic photography, take a look at the Aquatic Photography Forum (APF).
How are your C. patzcuarensis doing Eric? I've had mines for about 1-2 months now and just today I saw a male on top of a female fornicating. He was on top of her for a good 15-20 minutes since I noticed them. I'll try to post some pictures as soon as I figure it out.
