I know this isn't really a crayfish but I couldn't find anything on them at all. I was doing a search on aquabid and came up with this oddball :

Anyone have or know about these? I'd appreciate any responses, they're really neat.

I have seen them before. They are very interesting & from what I hear they are easy to keep & breed.

Andy is also a great guy to deal with.

We have them in Japan. At first they were being offered in the LFS for ¥12,000 each but in the past year the price has dropped to ¥980. I haven't seen them that often lately but they are still being bred here and I'm looking to add them to my collection.

Urano san, the owner of an LFS I go to a lot has been over to Brazil and Peru many times. He claims that they do better at cooler temperatures as do the Bee Shrimp and Minami Numa/Cherry Shrimp which he keeps outside in semi-shaded kiddy pools filled with cambomba.

I've been looking for a few. The price has dropped down a lot as a few articles in Water Animal have described their breeding and it seems that they despite not being very prolific are easy to breed and raise.
