Yes they can. Read the Shrimp Varieties page to get an idea of which types might cross breed.

I read some of the information given & i have a question regarding the Cherry Shrimp.
Can Cherry Shrimps corssbreed with any other Shrimps?.

cherry will most probabbly interbreed with any neocaridina.

I'm glad you continue enjoying shrimp but you still HAVE TO do your own research before asking questions. This question has been answered a zillion times before. Please follow the rules. You have already been urged to search before asking questions last month, so this is a final warning .
