hi, i had a quick question and after searching the forums i found no answer so here we go. last week i purchased online a bulk of snowballs(the shrimp not the ornament!) they arrived today, 56 of them all good quality apart from three of them have red spots on the side of them, i'd say on their cheeks but i'm preety sure cheeks doesn't feature in decapod anatomy. my wife upacked them as i was at work at the time and rightfully quarantined the offending prawns, so my question is what the hell is it and is it contagious and should i expect all of my new arrivals to die?

It's most likely shipping stress and not contagious. Just quarantine "in case".

cheers for the quick reply, been watching them closely and they don't seem to be acting oddly. will wait and see what happens.
