Just thought I'd share the video of a deep blue, wild Aegla (the uploader of the video says it's Aegla neuquensis):

As the caption to the video already says, this specimen is not representitive for the species, but, rather, a very rare mutation. Bummer...I should have been there. That "very rare mutation" would be in one of my tanks now helping establish a deep blue Aegla neuquensis line.

It almost looks like the BLUE was painted on.
That Aegla should be in someones tank.
With that coloration, you would think that a predator would have had him for lunch.
