Play dough in tank. Help

I have no idea how but my daughter somehow got play dough in the tank. I took it out but it left some residue. Should I redue the tank. It's been about a week in the cycle.

I would redo it. Why take the chance? You'll lose a week of time maybe. Some biofilm should be in the water by now and on the surfaces and substrate.

Speaking for myself, if I didn't redo it, I'd always be wondering if it caused an issue down the road. 3-6 months later I'll be wishing I had just redone it.
