Your pics are good without the magnifying glass.

But you may be able to even outdo yourself.

Good Luck

the only shrimp I have seen in Walmart are ghost shrimp. I am very familiar with the mars systems also.(Marineland Aquatic Retailer System) The newer ones are real nice when properly cared for. They seem to have alot of issues with their light and timers though. And remember folks Wal-mart is in it ...

I am working on a system too. But with all the water changes I have to do I do not have time to work on it. My system will use a rainbird irrigation timer with drip emitters. I bought a glass drill to drill tanks but I also have a pvc drain pipe elbow system I made that automatically drains wa...

My fish room has a gas heater. So no problem there. Air is not a problem for a couple hours. But if it looks like it might be longer I pull my generator out of the garage. These are cheaper to find during the summer.

As others have suggested battery powered air pumps work great for long periods.

If you are trying to breed them I would not put more than 10 in there. But a tank that size could house 15 comfortably. Just make sure you have enough hidey holes. And it all depends what you want to get out of these. If you just want a nice display with these cray. Put about 6 in there. If you are ...

I'm thinking a 38, 10 cajuns and a pair of BN pleco's. Java moss, java fern, plenty of cover (rocks, caves, etc.), and plenty of food for all A 38 does not provide as much area as a 33 long. At max if you are purposely trying to breed these together. I would put only 4 cajuns. 1 male and 3 females....

Anyone have any thoughts about breeding BN pleco's and cajuns in the same tank? The 125 gallon tank I have set up for a customer has red marble plecos and L-279 bristlenose plecos in it. This month when I went to clean it there was L-279 fry everywhere. I would not recommend trying to breed them th...
