Yeah I was thinking they had to use nets. Those nets must be really fine though so that shrimplets and adult shrimp aren't sucked up.

They do sound and look like the "blue" Neocardina sp. on the Shrimp Varieties page. Anyways, they are very cool and those are nice pictures. Congrats on the berried female, though it is a shame that the blue pigmentation is not genetic

How availible are these shrimp in the USA? Like which shrimp or cray species do they compare to in rarity to obtain? because Ive been interested in them since I first found out about them upon joining this forum. How many here keep them?...
