M Rosenbergii is fished in our rivers as a local delicacy. Dont worry, they have natural protection in the form of the crocodile.

It looks similar to the 'udang galah' in Sarawak rivers. It may grow to 12 inches (pincers included) and loves river bank caves.

I need to check out the scientific name but this is not a shrimp we would keep in our tanks.

Hi, I have some of the most deepest red cherry shrimps but for some reasons their fries are not nearly close to the parents. I only have Cherry and Yamato in my tank.
