i notice that my opae ulas swim around a lot in the evening when it starts to get dark (my tank is close to a window). this happens everyday. they appear healthy. some are berried. other times, they are just sitting around and feeding?

How much Instant Ocean seasalt do I need to mix with water to set up a new 10 gallon tank? I've got a one gallon jar with lots of breeding halocarindina rubras. I want to move some shrimp over to see if I can breed more.
Also, can I put coral rock or dead coral into my new tank? Will that affect ...
