By debris are we talking about shrimp waste? If we are, I can see the waste/debris on the bottom of my tank. Should I leave it at the bottom instead of removing it during water changes? Will it be broken down by the shrimp in time? Shrimp poo will break down quite quickly but the pollution is a pro...

Re: missing bamboo shrimp

I even pulled everything out and looked behind in case it had climbed out of the tank, but no success ... How can a 3 1/2 inch shrimp go missing in a 10G? :? My first thought is that it was clinging to something you pulled out and jumped off when it was out of water. They can cling to things for ag...

Cool, thanks for the info.

Pconnieae, can you explain a bit more about the yellow bit? It seems to cover the stomach and where the testes are in a male. I looked online and couldn't find out what the area is called in the female. Ovary?

Is this a cherry red?

Can anyone confirm this shrimp identity? After checking the varities, I think they are cherry reds. They're very small, less than 1/2 inch, and all 12 I bought have the same coloration. Their colours are getting stronger as they settle into the tank. Between the picture and description I'm fairly su...

It's a parody of the godhatesfags.com site and the people who believe it's Christian to shout abuse and anyone who might be gay. The sign comes from http://www.churchsigngenerator.com/ where you can make your own. I wonder if the site owners has made any money? It probably took about an hour to find...
