I know the pictures are from my cell, dont have any other camera sorry, I was just trying to show the stripe pattern on the body. If you open the picture in a new window, and zoom out to about 25% you can get a clearer picture of the shrimp. I think it's a "wild type" tiger shrimp...

Actually, mollies and cherry shrimp might co-exist nicely. I've read that Mr. Neale Monks of wetwebmedia keeps one of his tanks of cherries in brackish water, and they're not only surviving, but also reproducing and thriving.
