Will do. I have trained her to a feeding station at the end of the tank, so I can take a look at her every morning and see the progress of the eggs.
Hopefully, they are fertile.

Could it be a pregnant Bee?
Hi Again All, Yesterday I spotted THIS in the tank, and now am wondering, could this possibly be a pregnant Bee? Sorry the picture is so poor, but by the time I grabbed the camera and shot this one, the shrimp had disappeared for a better shot. My question is: Are the eggs of a Bee dark colored, as ...

I'm not so into board posting, so the lingo is not fresh for me. Wanted to clarify that I meant I went trolling in the fishing sense, not in the sense that I was trying to be a "troll" : )

Anybody have white headed Bee shrimp? Breeding experience?
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone here has experience keeping the white headed Bee shrimp (I've heard them called "Honeybee" shrimp)?
I have a batch of them, and they are all doing great, but I don't know what to expect.
Thanks for any replies!

Cherry shrimp turning sapphire blue - ever seen this?
Hi all, I have a vigorous colony of cherry shrimp (hundreds) that breed like flies, and lately I have noticed two that have carapace parts that are literally sapphire blue. They seem perfectly healthy other than this. Has anyone else seen this? Just wondering what your experiences are. Thanks! ASFC

Thanks, Mustafa.
I gather then that it is possible for a cherry to go from near invisible size to 0.5 inch length in a mere two weeks? When I put them into the tank, I looked carefully at the bag, and any hitchhikers would have been nearly microscopic.

How long from 0 to 0.5 inches
Hi All, I spotted a 0.5 inch Cherry shrimp in my tank today. I bought (ten) inch-long Cherries two weeks ago. (No shrimp ever in the tank previous to that.) They were all bigger than this small one by nearly twice. So it seems that either they had babies right away, or a very, very small one came in...

An interesting observation
Hi All, I've read a lot of posts about shrimp hiding in the jungle of our tanks. I had a similar experience until this week, when I did a 3-4 day blackout to knock back algae. When I opened the tank back up to light gradually, the shrimp seem to have decided it's a safe world, or maybe they had the ...

CR Shrimp and Fluorish Excel?
Anybody know if dosing with Fluorish excel is ok with Cherry shrimp in the tank? Especially higher than the recommended dosage (2X)? Thanks for any information.

Thanks for the reply, Mustafa.
I forgot to ask about pH. My tank is running 6.7-6.8 on a controller. Is that high enough for the shrimp to thrive? (Cherrys)
Mine seem to be settling in well, they are even out in the day in plain sight in the open, munching away.
