thanks everybody, actually i spent around 5 mins taking that picture !! the little shrimp was cooperating ! hehe
I used a cannon ixus 500. Yup its a cherry shrimp, some of the baby shrimps are nicely colored, some are a bit pale white... dunno why..

and i always thought the the adults should cope with stress more, yup im guessing they are having a hard time adjusting to the new environment....
