thanks everybody, actually i spent around 5 mins taking that picture !! the little shrimp was cooperating ! hehe

I used a cannon ixus 500. Yup its a cherry shrimp, some of the baby shrimps are nicely colored, some are a bit pale white... dunno why..

i have a feeling that the shrimps that came from the first batch ( i do not know where they got it) were of poorer health and much older ( deep red) the 2nd batch that i got thru a hobbyist fared better, I am yet to see one of the newer shrimps dead on the tank bottom and also they are red but not t...

and i always thought the the adults should cope with stress more, yup im guessing they are having a hard time adjusting to the new environment.... I just hope the last few femals manage to release young shrimp before they proceed to shrimp heaven :( im trying my best to keep the water clean and tip ...

dandylions interesting ! My shrimps will be arriving this thursday night, 40 in total 20 for me and 20 for my friend, I think il vary their diet and maybe go with the crushed snail every now and then hehehe

I dont think this plant is common here :(

hehe a bit cute! I checked on the tank again last night and guess what I saw ! I saw a lizard waiting in the same place and another lizard nearby !! It looks like the word is spreading ! have to work on keeping my shrimps in the tank and prevent them from foraging on the foam!

I checked in on the tank again twice again, during the first time he still got away, on the third time he got tired and I caught up with him ! i was about to squish him but i couldn't do it ! just picked him up and placed him outside the house
