At first it formed at the bottom of the glass. It was green, then it turned dark green, and now it looks black. I don't think it's connected to the moss.
It is spreading, but not very quickly.

Oh no! How would I go about removing it? I really have no other aquatic tools... The shrimp seem to be doing fine.

I just bought a large 5 liter (1.3 gallon) glass coca cola bottle. Is this a good vessel for super shrimp? I'd imagine I can fit 1 gallon of water (maybe a bit less) with sand substrate. I think I'm having the same problem. What can I do to help the little baby shrimp survive? The adults seems to be happy and red.

Hmm, ok I see; good quality fish food.
Currently my vase looks very clear, but I do have some brackish moss.
This takes so much self control not to over feed these little critters.
