Moving question (literally)
I have to move my shrimp into a bigger tank. The tank they are in is aging and starting to leak ((slowly)). Any suggestions on an easy transition for them? I am going to re-use their water and I do have enough RO water on hand to re-fill (they are going from a 20 long to a 45 long). The tank itself ...

I keep my cuttlebone in the bottom of my corner filter. I have found that keeping fish and shrimp isnt good especially if you want to breed them. You cant see the cuttlebone that way. I keep trumpets because my shrimp tank has alot of plants...and trumpets do live in the gravel and move the substrate around and in turn my plants grow better. That and in all honest it seems my beloved cherry prefer to eat after the house is quiet and IF I should happen to overfeed them no worries....
