Re: im so excited!
You're right about Mustafa's method working the best. I haven't had a bit of trouble with my tanks and the shrimp are all happy and appear very healthy along with the snails and the algae. Congrats on your success and let us know when the berries appear.

Re: It Begins
Here is a pic of my baby snail with mama. I now have seen 5 babies!! Ok, this may or may not be mama, but it works for a size comparison. Opae Ula.jpg This is another tank I set up shortly after my shrimp bowl. I just ordered and received the Opae Ula from Mustafa last week. I think I'm addict...

Re: Supershrimp preparation questions
If you have moss growing, Mustafa says it's ready for shrimp. I didn't test and mine are absolutely doing great! They are such fun to watch! It takes them 3 days to get to you, that's not a long wait and well worth it.

Re: Fred the Ecosphere rescue...help!
I believe Mustafa suggested no sun light, but some type of artificial light for several hours per day. The small habitats can over heat very easily in direct sunlight. He may be a bit too hot. Keep reading the forum posts and you will learn most of what you will need to know to keep him happy and he...
