I'll definitely be looking at getting more when weather warms up just bit more in my area. Probably grab some more snails to help get the glass clean.
Hopefully they start to breed this summer

Macroalgae
I have a 7gal cube tank w/ 10 shrimp. And the macroalgae took off and fills about 1/3 of the tank. It just looks so bad filling up *that* much of the tank. Would it be okay for me to remove a good portion of it? Also, should I add more shrimp?

They're finally coming out! I was just being impatient. I like to watch my freshwater shrimps zoom around in my other tanks, so I was hopeful to see them scootin

So, I've had the tiny lil shrimps (10 of them plus some macro algae) for a little over a week now (7g cube, crushed black lava rock for substrate and a few bits of seiryu stone). There's brown algae all over the place so I'm not *too* worried about food. Unless they don't eat the brown algae? Also, ...
