I would not be to concerned since they change color quiet a bit especially the younger ones and after molting there shell is a bit soft and more delicate they should darken with age my new young shrimp were first pink and then started to darken and are now pink again although I did notice some rusty...

Hello looks like you have a bamboo shrimp? I have a aqualog that list a Atyopsis from Asia as resembling a moluccensis but it is suppose to grow to a larger size and it looks just like the shrimp in your image so maybe they are similar in care at least I would assume.
