Is it possible to breed the amano’s larvae in water with uniodized salt from grocery store?

Palaemon adspersus/Palaemon elegans - fresh water?
Is it possible to keep Palaemon adspersus or Palaemon elegans in fresh water or they can survive only in seawater? Is anybody breeding them?
