I order salt that is pre measured from this site and that why I know it is the right salt and amount. I have not heard of that salt.

Looks, good a temp stick on strip might be a good idea. Also, a small bubbler to turn on once a day for a hour will keep the water from getting as cloudy. Do not leave bubbles on they do not like it.

I wish the kits you can get for microbial life had brackish but all they seem to have is either fresh or salt.

Mine is doing this too. I got a small filter that I run for a few hours a day seems to help. I will be setting up a new tank soon as all the parts get here the one I have my shrimp got into the filter tank. Thank Goodness I had not turned it on.

Well can always get water testing strips and test your water and see what it says.
