I’ve made adjustments to my set up based on your recommendations but my shrimp are still translucent. Is there anything I can do to improve their red color?

And are there any live plants you would recommend?

What about some kind of grape vine branch? Are all woods harmful?

I have some shrimp safe aquarium fertilizer I use in my three gallon freshwater neocaridina tank. Would it be safe to use in my 3/4 gallon super shrimp bowl to encourage my super shrimp moss ball to grow?

For aesthetic reasons I don’t like when my bowl gets green algae on the glass. I usually just use my hand and a dry paper towel to rub the sides clean whenever I am topping off the bowl with distilled water. Is this bad for the shrimp? Is there a safer way to clean the glass?

I have a lot of dead snails and I’m working on improving my set up. Is there any benefit to leaving the shells of the dead snails in my bowl?

Ok great I removed the fan and moss balls (the crystal is an amethyst which google says is aquarium safe) I ordered some salt and substrate to replace the water and substrate with and some replacement snails, but what do you think became of my snails? Do you think they just crawled away?
