I might be worrying too much but I’ve seen 3 molts in the past 3 weeks, is this normal?

Also I can’t tell if this is a molt or if my shrimp passed… I woke up this morning and saw what I thought was a molt. But I’m only counting 9/10 shrimp.

I have a bunch of particles in my tank after accidentally dropping the cover into the tank… hoping this won’t harm the shrimp, is there anything I can do to clean the water?
