The only survivor spent a week in a plastic cup before I rebuilt the tank.
I had that same question you're facing. And I was a bit nervous about putting new shrimps.

Even though they are tough, it's always safer to do it slowly.

how's everything doing? I'm also a beginner. I would first check water in original tank is at proper water level, which means salinity isn't far from ideal range. That should prevent oversalting. Prepare freshly mixed water, let it settle overnight before measuring salinity. Remove some old water. T...
