Well I have seen tiger shrimps that have red stripes instead of black. It might be a hybrid of tiger and cherry but its just my guess.

The last picture you post seems to be commonly known as Malayan shrimp or Rainbow shrimp in my country judging from the tails patterns and the line behind the back of the shrimp. They do change colour depending on their mood or conditions of the environment. As for the centre pictures they look like...
