I read somewhere that quarantining your plants for at least a day can help them lose their fertilizers or something like that

Re: what fish can live with cherry shrimp?
The only fish we keep here in Sweden with shrimps are endlers and other small livebearers but i think if you are keeping shrimps for breeding purposes i would rather just have a shrimp only tank

Re: Jump out
They will jump out if they deem the water in your aquarium undesirable or so they say that is why you should always have your lid on the tankstonefox wrote:I think I've lost some shrimp. Will they jump out if my glass of the aquarium is not tight/?

Looks like your having it rough too.
Don't worry, i'm not really an interesting person and I don't have any other hobby except tank keeping so I can have my full attention to the tanks only

Re: Shrimp Rack Planning

Re: Shrimp Rack Planning
Change of plans. Instead of using Fluval Shrimp Stratum, i'll be using Ebi Gold ShrimpSoil. My question is, during waterchange, can i use treated water instead of r/o water? or is r/o water a must?

Re: Shrimp in same tank without breeding with each other
watch out with those tigers as they would interbreed and would probably mostly get wildforms and in over time the blue tigers will be gone and only wild types will be in the tank.
