feed the frogs blackworms a few times a week and tropical flakes every day. Do research before buying animals, remember they're pets not a lab test. The frogs will eat whatever they can catch or fit in their mouths.. Shrimp are very fast when they need to be and frogs are pretty slow so I doubt your...

None of my fish are the least bit aggressive, they are in my living room and I watch them all the time and they are all really peaceful. I've never had such a bunch of wi...

Loachs are designed to probe the different nooks and crannys of their environment looking for food. Your shrimp may survive a few molts but eventually when the shrimp molts and is soft the loach will pick it apart piece by piece. Don't get itchy hand syndrom with your tank. The snails are there beca...

The playsand you linked to will work fine for shrimp. The only disadvantage I've found between playsand and aquarium sand is that playsand tends to compress and get packed down, making it difficult to use with small plants. Your shrimp however won't know the difference. To wash the sand put some in ...

Nice shot badflash it should be submitted to the art institute  Photography is not a easy thing to learn overnight thats why professionals go to school for it. That camera has tons of advanced features compared to normal point and shoot but I'm sure in a few weeks you'll have it mastered. I am ...

Spare the shrimp AND crayfish a painful death... sounds like a frog or newt setup to me. Read this please Shrimp are incredibly fun pets to keep and watch, I strongly recomend going with a normal tank setup, use a few bubble filters and fill it with moss and driftwood. In a terranium setup with pool...

One sure fire way to get both sexes is to buy a group of 10-15.. Glass shrimp are one of the least expensive shrimps to buy so a large group isn't going to set you back a bunch of cash. Other than that you can buy a few shrimps you see that apear to be males and hope for the best.. but you might end...

Large filter shrimp species would probably be fine if they had enough places to hide and molt. Keeping or trying to breed any sort of dwarf shrimp would be pointless with any dwarf cichlid.. The adult shrimp will hide all the time you'll never see them and the babies will surly be eaten before getin...

Yes, that camera has extended zoom... it features 10x/5x optical/digital zoom, helpful for shrimp pictures I'm sure. Most of the latest compact cameras only zoom around 3-5x/4-5x so you can zoom in around 7x closer with that model. There are much better cameras out there but for the price it looks g...

Read through the shrimp varieties pages on this website. Most all freshwater shrimp will survive in high ph within reason, but some species may not breed. Snowball or red cherries are a good bet as long as the ph is stable they shouldn't mind. Good luck... shrimp are even more addicting than cichlid...
