Looks like Choy Sum, a chinese leafy vegetable.

Personally, I prefer mine steamed with shrimp (served with jasmine rice) rather than fed to them.

On Tuesday, 9/26, I found one of my female Cherax sp. zebra with hatched larvae attached. Whoo hooo!
