-Turn your ecosphere upside down (with something helping it to not fall) and open it. New gas exchang and some food will help your shrimp.

Do they swim like zigzag spiral in the swiming direction (ringed worm) or laterally (nematoda)?

Do something like the Walstad method or the french natural aquarium: you fill your tank once with good water and (almost) never change it.

Immature eggs (ovaries). During the next mold they will become red and will migrate to the legs.

It IS a moquito, probably Culex from the anatomy, maybe An,opheles if it hang horizontally.

All softned waters are suitable, the chemical differences between them are too smalls to do anything. BUT containers for "eau déminéralisée" for ironing are not made of food quality plastics and may be harmfull to drink or make live something in. Most petstores give RO water for free or at...
