Hello, does anybody knows some infos about this kind of shrimp?I think that it is a tiger, so it needs soft acidic water, but i also think that it is more difficoult to breed as other tigers...
In the past post i didn't find anything about the water parameters, only about the fact that the born shrimps are in many cases not blue but simple tiger
Can you help me?Matteo
p.s. this is a picture (taken from a site, i don't know if it is possible to do)
really??sincerely i tought the same, think also that it is taken from a site wo sell these and other shrimps, maybe it is not a real tiger blue...I also know that there are many kind of tiger blue...
Thanks bad!
Anyway, blue tiger shrimps what kind o f water need? The same water of tiger shrimps? (soft acidic water)?
bye
It might even be another dyed shrimp. If they are doing it with one shrimp they may be trying it with another The only way to know is to see if it breeds true and produces blue offspring. I would think it would need the same conditions as a normal tiger shrimp would. Please let us know what you find out Matteino.
I too think that picture is fake. If you see the picture name it says "Immagine" It would be beautiful but nature provides us things as amazing or even more amazing.
IF it is a new variety of shrimp, I would love mustafa to breed them and I would definetly buy some
There are some bluish tiger shrimp with brightly colored eyes in Germany, however, they don't breed true and most animals go back and forth between being bluish and normal colored. There is still no true-breeding constantly blue tiger shrimp in existence...no matter what people/stores/sellers tell you.
