I managed to see my first blue babies. They are showing very nice coloration. I have been able to spot 5 of them, but they are very small. They look lighter than the mom.

Congratulations.
I wish I could see some of my Baby Crays. This is her 3rd time carrying eggs.
I wish now, I had not put them in the 125gal.
It is very hard to find them.

I have them in a 75G tank. I just been training my eye to see them. I have managed to spot ten and move three to a smaller tank. They are very, very small.
Newjohn,
If you have babies in your 125 you should be seeing them by now as they grow up pretty fast. Maybe your female has been losing her eggs or something. The first batch would be at least 1/2-3/4 inch by now.
At night try putting some pellets down in front out in open. Come back in 1/2 hour and shine a flashlight in tank. See who is out eating. I wouldn't think that the babies would skip out on a good meal.
Good Luck to everyone that has these. They should spread fast through the hobby.
That's good news. I checked my tanks. All 6 tanks I have these in now have babies. These guys breed fast and know how to fill up a tank.
Good Luck tonight.
