I will be recieving my shrimp from Mustafa either tomorrow or Tuesday. I'm really excited. I plan on feeding them just regular fish flakes. How often should I do this so I don't affect the water quality and kill my new arrivals?
Just feed enough food that can be consumed within a couple of minutes by the shrimp. You can feed every other day if you want to, since the feeding of flake food itself will cause the type of algae to grow, on which the shrimp graze so they will have a permanent food source anyway.
