an oddity.

Post by angry pirate »

Hey,
I'm new to the keeping of invertibrates but after 4 months of success ,and multipule breedings with both my cherrys and my crays, when i found a giant african filter i couldn't resist. however, this one was a little odd as it was primarialy pink! the only blue was a washed out spot on the head. The oddest part was when i got her home she was completly blue and this isn't the end of it, this morning she was pink again!! she seems happy enough and all the water parameters are normal. is this normal with this species i haven't found any information on it anywhere so i thought i'd ask.

cheers for any info as it's always good to have more
