Broken Fans

My wood shrimps fans seem to be broken, will he be able to feed? Can I give him some liquid feed to make sure it gets to him?

Don't do anything. It will find enough food if it's strong enough. Liquid feed will just mess up your water. Next time it molts, it should be just fine...unless it dies before that due to other issues.
