newbie with questions.

has anyone got a clue what these are. i bought some nano shrimp and suddenly found these in my tank. any ideas .thank you :?

Did you recently purchase plants? They almost look like damselfly nymph. Very bad for shrimp.

Yep, they do look like some type of damselfly (or related species) larvae. They are usually predatory.

i did purchase plants the ones in the pic how do i get rid of them do i catch them and throw away or could i put them in my pond and thank you for answers .

I have a koi pond and I would put them there. However if the plants you got are from a completely different part of the country and you are worried of introducing an alien specie then kill them.
